It’s a Mad, Mad World!

I must be nuts to add another responsibility onto my ever growing list of ‘Do this & Do that’, but if all goes well this might actually prove to be rather helpful. Who would have thought? On that very same note, how the heck did blogging about RPing and ones Characters pick up so fast? Best beware; I think there’s an epidemic loose in the world of RPG!

Where to begin though? It’s like you’ve reached this major pivotal point, a cliff if you will. You had everything planned out perfectly, from your first words to the last, wowing those who came to read what you had decided to plaster on their already overloaded computer screens. But as you reach this moment everything goes *blank*! No words are coming, no witty remarks or hilarious jokes. It is now that you are standing at the edge of the cliff and you can either jump (and risk making a complete ass of yourself) or turn back (and hide away in shame for the REST OF ETERNITY!!). Yea, tough choice that…

*takes a running start and jumps*

Shall we see if I’ve fallen to my doom? ;P

Lets start simple. How do I intend to use this blog? Why, to get all my lovely charries up and talking their little heads of with everyone else! After all, they have been silent too long. But instead of focusing on only one RP (AU, you will always have 99% of my heart, but others need me as well…*pecks away tear*) I intend to mingle all of my charries, making this the madhouse that my mind used to be and make some space for my dear muse. *Muse jumps for joy*.

So…AU. Ardnieu. My lover when I am not with my husband, Life. For a little more than a year Ardnieu has been a second home to me (much to the displeasure of my family who has absolutely no idea what RPing is and insist that its only purpose is to kill creativity. I fear that I am the only RPer in my entire country) and I have many charries there that I love…well, many for me anyway. I am by no means a 20something charrie juggler. I just DO NOT have the skills to do that. Kudos to those who do.

While Winter was my first character and I love her dearly, the witch definitely needs to evolve a little more. A quiet one indeed, but she has a special place in my heart. Next came the one and only ‘obnoxious prat’. If that doesn’t give the game away then it’s not my problem . Next came the current love of my charrie life, Melinda. Now, believe it or not but she was loosely based on my cousin. She’s just not so much of a…*looks for a word*…self-important model obsessed know it all. Besides these are ‘The Ones I do not Speak Of’ or the ‘Unspeakables’. Who are they? you may ask. (If you actually did ask, and you are expecting an answer, please read the bolded part again. Thank you!).

Apart from finding a caring home for my charries, AU has also provided me with great friends. Cami, my dearest in all the world. You have stolen my heart completely and I will always be glad to have you. Then there is also my beloved Janey, hilarious Steph, amazing Lown, adorable Syrie, ever vigilant Lea, the only Curt, and the mostly missing Sisi . I have grown to love and appreciate all of you !!

Now comes a shameful moment…I do not only cheat with my husband with AU, but I cheat on AU with LV!! *hides in everlasting disgrace*.

Still a young one, La Vie! has already captured the hearts of many and has become quite active. Be forewarned! We are a lively and extremely chatty bunch! La Vie is everything magical that HP Fans could ever hope for, without having to worry about the books as it’s a beautiful site that adhere to Rowling’s dreams for her characters. We just take it a step further

With this beloved of mine I have produced two children (but I have a feeling more might be on the way!). My darling Luna, whom I realised was quite like Melinda, and absolutely adorable (I CAN’T WAIT UNTIL SHE MEETS ROLF SCAMANDER!) is turning out to be very enjoyable. She’s looking forward to Hermione’s Hen Party on the 19th. (And she refuses to tell Ron anything. She’s not as stupid as she looks!) Then there’s Malcolm of course. A real bad egg, but my first character of his kind. Quite a complicated little bugger, but he has stolen a large part of my heart.

As with AU I have made good friends here. Sammie, you have been with me for a very long time and I appreciate you! Rina, you rock babes! Sally, you are unique! I have found that RPG’s are not only great for releasing one’s creativity into the world, but to draw other people closer to you. For that I will always love this game. And to everyone on both these sites, you have loads of talent and you inspire me everyday.

Now, before I drive myself completely insane I will shut my yap until the urge to strike the keys before me rises again and I end up with another blog post that might just drive those who read it to the nearest mental institute.
